What do you do at Undandy?
Almost all types of organizations employ customer service representatives and often their duties and responsibilities vary depending on the type of the organization and industry. At Undandy I am part of the Customer Care team, and our role does not fall the same path as any other organization.
The entire team is genuinely excited to help the customers and the main goal is to ensure excellent service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Our responsibilities are the same as a guest relations manager in a Ritz hotel! We really need to anticipate our customer needs, pay attention to their requirements and find ways to amaze them! Being part of the Undandy Customer care team is nothing like working for a standard organization.
What are your favourite pair of Undandys?
My favourite pair is with no doubt the 31´by Maddox, if there is anyone who wants to stand apart from others, there is no better way with the style and the wooden colours of this boot.
What is the most challenging part of your role?
My aim is to improve the customer experience every time we are in contact with them, however, by being part of an ecommerce business with clients in different parts of the world, it is always challenging to put myself in the customer’s shoes and find ways to impress them.
Always take responsibility for what happens in your life. Do not blame others or anything else when life decide to throw some sour lemons at you! Learn to be kind to yourself and give yourself a second chance. This is a perfect opportunity to improve and learn from your mistakes. There is nothing better to believe that you are in control of your life and you can always choose the final destination even though the journey might not always be a direct flight!
